Could NOT get an associate to help, manager was very visibly annoyed having to help us. We'll go to the Canton Road location where the employees don't make you feel like a nuisance.

This is a wonderful store! Diamond in the rough. Something there for everyone. Great staff. Enjoy.

I’m constantly getting false inventory information on this site. I have a German Shepherd I’m trying to keep properly fed, and this place is running me in circles with their online orders. I’ve placed the same order more than twice now, only to be auto-refunded each time with zero resolution. Their phone support is rude, unhelpful, and gives the classic runaround. Extremely disappointing and unreliable for something as basic as pet food. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I really like this location has everything I need. Word to the wise, do not fall for buying discounted birds, you’re gonna be paying out the WazZu in feed! Also, a good number of them will end up being roosters, even if they say that they are pullets. Some staff are amazing and really helpful, others not so much. Just depends on who’s working. Store is always well stocked. Wish they offered a better rewards program for frequent shoppers. May try a local bulk feed mill instead (Maysville Elevator).
